Can/should generative AI be used for Wealth Managers?
Check out this article about Klarna posted by Kyle Redelinghuys.
Look at the stats:
– In 1 month -> The AI assistant has handled “two-thirds of Klarna’s customer service chats!”
– “It is doing the equivalent work of 700 full-time agents”
– “It is on par with human agents in regard to customer satisfaction score”
I am sure that the last stat was not expected. This technology trend is so exciting for service-based industries wanting to offer an extra 24/7 channel to their business.
The big question is could this be used in the Wealth Management space? If so, would it be a form of Robo-advisor? What would the legalities be?
